Booking changes, fees and refunds.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival receive a full refund (less processing fees). Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Cancellations during peak and festive periods require at least 30 days notice for a refund. Bookings during festive periods are non-refundable within 21 days of arrival.
Group and wedding bookings carry separate cancellation terms which will be specified in your booking agreement.
Failure to arrive on the booked date without prior notice is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
